8. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CLUB CLARION MEMBERSHIP
a. Members must be aged 17 years of age or above
b. Members must be full-time UK residents
c. Membership is free of charge and not dependent on product purchase
d. Reserving product does not constitute a contract to purchase
e. Members are under no obligation to purchase after reserving products
f. Club Clarion dealers will make every effort to supply the product reserved but will not be held responsible in the event of product being unavailable
If the preferred Club Clarion dealer is unable to supply the product reserved, the member may purchase from an alternative Club Clarion dealer without penalty
g. All products listed on the Club Clarion site are subject to availability
In all cases, the vendor of Clarion product purchased by a member as a result of reserving on the Club Clarion web site is the Club Clarion dealer who supplies the product
